I. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, downloading, or utilizing "Anem Weather" you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must uninstall the application immediately. We deal in strict meteorology, not compromise.

II. THE NATURE OF FORECASTS

Anem Weather provides meteorological data derived from reputable sources (e.g., Open-Meteo, UK Admiralty, Meteoalarm). However, the weather is by nature a chaotic and fickle beast.

Limitation of Liability

We accept no liability for:

• Unanticipated downpours during important events.
• Incorrect decisions based on API prediction latency.
• Failure to check the Severe Weather Ticker before entering gale-force winds.

III. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to use the application for any unlawful purpose. You shall not attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary interfaces, scrape our proxy infrastructure, or otherwise disrupt the performance metrics of the broader user base.

IV. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The typographic composition, brutalist layout, and specific editorial visual design of Anem Weather are the intellectual property of Fenwig Technologies Ltd. Reproduction without express written permission is strictly prohibited and considered bad form.

V. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate access to the Private Beta or final application for any user who violates these terms.
